Zara launches Santa Eulalia Barcelona 1843 shirt capsule across key European markets

Inditex’s Zara has released a six-shirt limited men’s capsule with historic Barcelona house Santa Eulalia (founded 1843), priced at €59.95 each and sold online and in selected stores in Spain, France, the UK, Germany and Italy.

Zara, Inditex’s main fashion chain, has launched a limited men’s shirt capsule with Barcelona fashion house Santa Eulalia, FashionUnited reported on 13 October, framing the tie-up as another way Inditex exports Spanish craftsmanship abroad.

The collection

  • Sold as “Santa Eulalia Barcelona 1843 x Zara”, the capsule has six tailored shirt styles at a single price of €59.95 each.
  • Fabrics and collars vary: slim-fit sky-blue cotton with a spread collar; striped slim-fit with a contrasting white semi-spread collar; regular-fit white point-collar cotton; washed indigo chambray button-downs in dark and light blue; and a slim-fit pink cotton shirt with a hidden button-down collar.
  • Availability: Zara’s official online store and selected brick-and-mortar shops in Spain, France, the UK, Germany and Italy, for the start of the autumn/winter 2026/27 season.

Why it matters

Santa Eulalia, founded in 1843 on Barcelona’s Passeig de Gràcia, is marking the centenary of its first runway show (1926) and keeps one of Spain’s largest in-house bespoke menswear workshops. President Luis Sans has called that workshop “quite exceptional.” The collaboration reverses the house’s usual pattern of hosting other brands’ exclusives: here Santa Eulalia’s savoir-faire is scaled through Zara’s European network.

The capsule joins recent Zara collaborations with Aaron Levine, 0Fr. Paris, Ridar, Fruit of the Loom, Martin Parr and Baisi-Guadagnino, alongside John Galliano’s Re{form} line. Zara said the shirts are “rooted in shirt-making tradition, characterised by refined craftsmanship and distinctive details.”
