Profit and guidance
Reformation posted a net loss of $1.1 million, or $0.02 per share, versus net income of $5 million, or $0.10, a year earlier. It attributed the swing to discrete tax impacts tied to limits on deducting executive compensation after its 30 July IPO.
CEO Hali Borenstein called it the brand’s 22nd consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth. Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue is now guided at $610–612 million (20–21% growth), up from a prior range of $602–606 million.
